In her role of Senior Vice President with Colliers in McLean, VA, Chaise Schmidt’s notable transactions include Appian’s 235,000-square-foot and Public Broadcasting Service’s (PBS) 120,000-square-foot headquarter assignments in Tysons Corner and National Landing (Arlington), VA, respectively.
Schmidt’s extensive tenant client roster includes Freddie Mac, Hyundai, JD Power, Somatus and VentureX, spanning diverse tenant industries from government contractors and technology companies to professional service firms, non-profits, and start-ups.
Professionally, Schmidt is a member of CoreNet Global and NeXco National and helps run the Executive Women’s Network (EWN).
Schmidt lived in several parts of the country over the past decade – Georgia, Colorado, and DC – and has prioritized volunteer and nonprofit work during her time in each area. Her main focus is on organizations that support underprivileged women, children and families as well as organizations seeking cures for medical conditions directly impacting people in her life.
