As Partner and Vice President, Director of Human Resources with Anchor Health Properties in Charlottesville, VA, Ashley Feero single-handedly built a human resources department that helped drive the company’s growth. Anchor Health has expanded its year-over-year employee head count by 25%-35%. Feero also spearheaded a top-notch benefits package, while establishing a relationship-based culture.
In her current role, she maintains Anchor Health’s organization, structure and efficiency. Feero oversees compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; training and development; implementation of policies and procedures; and employee relations. She also promotes a strong company culture, maintaining an employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 80+.
She is the steward of the company’s Employee Need Fund, which provides financial support to any Anchor employee or family member going through a challenging situation.
