Melanie Domres is a Managing Director of Asset Management at BentallGreenOak in Bethesda, MD, as well as the company’s Sector Head for Multifamily. She is responsible for overseeing the asset management team and operations of the U.S. multi-family portfolio of 10,000 plus units.
Prior to joining BentallGreenOak in 2018, Melanie was a Senior Vice President of Cafritz Interests LLC, a full service DC-area real estate firm. While there, she launched the multifamily development and property management subsidiaries. Domres also had positions in asset management, development and finance with Kettler, Archon Group and Credit Suisse.
Outside of BentallGreenOak, Domres serves as Board Chairman for Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia. She is also an active member and former board member of CREW DC and recently became a ULI Multifamily Council participant.
