Melissa Crain, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Taylor Street, has overall responsibility for creating the firm’s brand and marketing strategy, acquisition marketing, communications, corporate environments, events, and growing the firm’s presence.

Immediately after stepping into her current position, Crain undertook a major rebranding of the firm that included a full brand strategy and reinvention of the company’s core values and mission. During the process, she completely changed the relationship of the marketing department with the rest of the company, ensuring that all teams work together towards mission of creating an energetic, diverse, and innovative work environment and focused on the development of long-term relationships with each other and our clients.

Crain continues to add value, providing marketing materials days faster than working with an external agency.
