Immediately after stepping into her current position, Crain undertook a major rebranding of the firm that included a full brand strategy and reinvention of the company’s core values and mission. During the process, she completely changed the relationship of the marketing department with the rest of the company, ensuring that all teams work together towards mission of creating an energetic, diverse, and innovative work environment and focused on the development of long-term relationships with each other and our clients.
