Helps convert clients' business objectives into smart real estate strategies

Provides actionable advice to help companies streamline operations

In her role as CBRE’s Executive Managing Director and Americas Consulting Lead, Georgia Collins oversees a team of deep subject matter experts and consultants who translate clients’ business objectives into smart, executable real estate strategies. Since assuming her current role, Collins has led the organization to providing actionable advice and solutions on the future of work, helping companies across the U.S. shape their workforce and streamline operations.

Through these efforts, she has helped organizations attract and retain talent, improve operations and access to the supply chains, identify omnichannel opportunities and diversify sales strategies, and enact change management for effective communication, alignment and adoption, and more.

Collins has a way of understanding people better than most, and she pairs that understanding with a genuine appreciation for peoples’ abilities and values. She makes everyone feel appreciated from C-suite executives to interns gaining their first years of experience.

Prior to assuming leadership of CBRE’s Americas Consulting organization, Collins was Executive Vice President of CBRE’s flexible space solution, Hana, where she oversaw product and the company’s holistic approach to enterprise client solutions.

Before that, Collins led CBRE’s Host organization. Her 20 years of experience in workplace strategy, commercial real estate and urban planning includes other senior leadership roles across workplace design and planning, including Executive Managing Director for CBRE’s Workplace team in the Americas.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Georgia Collins as one of Connect CRE’s National 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
