Josephine Tucker
Oversees all activities that target clean energy and core infrastructure for assets and portfolios
Grew a $12-million-annual revenue business to $15 million in a short time
Based in Washington, DC, Josephine Tucker leads JLL’s Clean Energy and Infrastructure Advisory Practice in the U.S. and is the Global Head of Sustainable Infrastructure. In these roles, she oversees all engagements providing transaction, procurement, and financial advisory solutions that target clean energy and core infrastructure for individual assets and global portfolios.
Tucker joined JLL in early 2022 and immediately became a champion of others by bringing a powerful voice into the firm and supporting diversity and women across the business. She also single-handedly built the company’s external brand through a marketing campaign and series of public speaking events and recently recruited five new hires from top consulting and transaction firms into senior levels of our sustainability business.
When Tucker joined JLL, she inherited a $12-million annual revenue business that she has already grown to $15 million in a short amount of time. Her clients include State of Georgia, Washington Metro, and Department of Energy and she works with federal, state and local government entities, utilities, and commercial clients across the oil and gas, transportation and infrastructure sectors.
Before joining JLL, Tucker was a national economic and financial advisory leader for Deloitte’s Infrastructure and Capital Projects Practice.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Josephine Tucker as one of Connect CRE’s National 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
