Justin Arzi

Just five years into the business, Justin Arzi is thriving on an extremely lean team at CBRE, successfully executing transactions totaling more than $725 million across every real estate asset class. As Senior Associate, Arzi’s acute attention to detail allows the team to stay one ahead of any potential issues that could arise in a transaction, ensuring that leverage never leads the hands of our client. Never daunted by complexity, Arzi spearheaded marketing and due diligence on properties with nuanced zoning, convoluted ground leases, and esoteric tax structures.

The nature of the business is the middle-market space: The team deals with a diverse group of sellers from small non-profits, to some of the world’s largest institutional investors. Arzi knows how to expertly interface with these different groups, whether in the pursuit of new business, or servicing existing listings.  He’s has had the privilege of representing some of the biggest names in the business including Tishman Speyer, BlackRock, S.L. Green and McDonalds.
