Charles Rigoglioso is a Director on Berkadia’s mortgage banking platform in the New York City office, priding himself as both an advisor and consultant. He believes that each client and deal have different strategies, meaning that listening and understanding client goals is important to present the best financing solutions or debt options.
Rigoglioso introduced and arranged financing for new and different commercial asset types—including manufactured housing communities, single-family rentals and hotel/long-term stay conversions—to clients that were historically solely multifamily owners.
Taking advantage of the historically low interest rates of the past two years, Rigoglioso placed longer fixed-term debt for family offices and owners, allowing them to stay ahead of rate increases. He’s also taken the time to expand his geographic reach, assisting clients in Florida, the Carolinas and Sun Belt states.
Rigoglioso received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers university, where he also played on the men’s basketball team.
