Generated $2.5 billion in deal volume with SRS Real Estate

Closed $250 million in transactions during 2021

Is active with Girl Gang New York and Future and Options

Britt Raymond is a vice president with the National Net Lease Group (NNLG), the exclusive net lease advisory platform for SRS Real Estate Partners. Raymond leads the firm’s Manhattan office, having overseen its growth since joining SRS in 2017. During her SRS career, she has generated $2.5 billion in deal volume.

Raymond advises owners of net lease assets and anchored shopping centers nationwide to buy, acquire, or refinance, working with them throughout the process. Her core client profile is institutions, merchant developers, private investors and retailers. She sustained high transaction volumes during the pandemic by focusing on sectors with inherent value to essential businesses.

For example, Raymond expanded her expertise in the medical sector, an area in which prices have increased. She also completed a high volume of transactions with assets tenanted by Amazon-proof, conservative and essential businesses such as Dollar Store, gas and convenience stores and pharmacies. Her best year was in 2021, with a deal volume of over $250 million. She succeeded because of an ability to adapt, and the intelligence to advise her clients on how to take advantage of a downturn and bull run in the market.

Notable transactions last year included the sale of a $60-million Sherwin Williams distribution facility in Illinois and a $15-million transaction involving a portfolio of urgent care facilities in New York. Her efforts netted her SRS’ Top Producer Award for 2021.

Raymond supports and encourages more women to enter real estate as a career, serving as a board member of SRS’s SOAR Group, a women-run organization that focuses on connecting, training and promoting women in the firm. She is a mentor, contributor and participant in Girl Gang New York, helping the organization grow from 20 to more than 600 women business professionals. Raymond supports Future and Options, an organization that empowers New York City’s underserved youth with paid, mentored internships, and is an avid supporter of Dress for Success.

These are just a few reasons we chose Raymond as one of New York/Tri-State’s 2022 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s sixth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
