Mary Beale is a Director in Berkadia’s Orlando, FL office, one of the company’s top-performing offices nationwide. In her role, Beale provides apartment owners with a fully integrated capital markets and sales platform, translating her knowledge and experience of the state’s market trends into positive results. Due to her assistance, Berkadia Orlando closed more than $2 billion in investment sales transactions across 50 deals in 2021.

Beale was instrumental in closing a $29.2-million sale on a 250-unit property in Orlando, and had a hand in completing a $62.8-million sale for a 300-unit apartment in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Beale began her career at as an intern for Hendricks & Partners (which became part of Berkadia), where she worked on a team that helped mentor and guide her to where she is today. She received her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University, and enjoys returning to FSU each year for the Real Estate Trends conference. While there, she mentors students in roundtable discussions as they prepare to enter the real estate industry.

These are just a few reasons we chose Beale as one of Florida/Gulf Coast’s 2022 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s sixth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
