Mabelle Perez is a Director on Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality team, joining the company as an Associate Director. She was previously a member of the National Hospitality Group at Marcus & Millichap.
Her focus during the past several years has been on growing a platform centered on hospitality investment sales auction transactions. These auctions are catered to distressed assets, REOs and quick sales, ranging from $3 million to $10 million. additionally, as her career evolves, she is focusing more regionally in Florida.
What sets her apart is an ability to adapt across all industries and cultures. She approaches all deals through the eyes of clients, with the goal of maximizing value for them. She’s a team player who constantly challenges herself and others with the goal of growing in her career and personal life. prioritizes and leverages social media to expand her presence, increase brand awareness and connect with her with her audience.
Born and raised in Miami, Perez is fluent in both English and Spanish. She graduated from Florida International University, beginning her career in residential real estate investments. Perez currently sits on the board of the Latino Hotel Association and is an active volunteer for environmental sustainability in the community.
