Adam America Brings Entrepreneurial Agility, Institutional-Quality Execution to Development
Under the leadership of CEO Davd Brickman, Adam America Real Estate has built a strong track record across multifamily and student housing projects nationwide. Founded in 2009 by Dvir Cohen-Hoshen and Omri Sachs the company has delivered more than 5,750 residential units with an additional 1,600 units in its pipeline, representing over $4.2 billion in total asset value.
The company has distinguished itself through a combination of entrepreneurial agility and institutional-quality execution. Its vertically integrated platform allows for seamless oversight across the full life cycle of a project, from acquisition and design through development, leasing, and operations. At the same time, Adam America has cultivated deep relationships with institutional capital partners, enabling it to execute complex, large-scale transactions while remaining agile in changing market conditions.
By diversifying into student housing, Adam America is positioning itself to capitalize on long-term demographic trends while creating a more balanced and resilient investment platform. Recent examples include a planned 30-story student housing tower in West Campus, Austin, just steps away from the University of Texas at Austin; and Terrazul, a 1,200-bed, 22-story development completed in late 2024 to service Florida International University students in Miami.
These are some of the reasons why Adam America was selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s AB 100 Developer of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
