Ada Wong, senior vice president, is a member of JLL’s Global Energy and Advanced Mobility group and is part of the Northern California Industrial Super Region. She is an industrial broker supporting clients in the Bay Area and nationally through multi-state site selections. She analyzes labor trends, demographics, and operating costs to provide a comprehensive approach to decision-making. Wong is an expert in JLL’s industrial suite of technology tools, including supply chain and logistics analysis and route optimization.
She has been involved in over 16 million square feet of real estate transactions totaling over $2 billion in lease and sale consideration. Notable transactions include Foxconn’s 118,488-square-foot lease in San Jose, Gotion’s acquisition of 557,498 square feet in Illinois and Moxion Power’s 202,000-square-foot lease in Richmond, CA.
Wong is involved with JLL University, which helps graduates transition into JLL and brokerage and the company’s mentor/protégé program. She participated in the 2024 WNB Women’s Business Network Women in CRE panel forum. Her accolades include the CoStar Power Broker Award, the CoStar Top East Bay Lease of the Year, the JLL Gold Achiever, the JLL Platinum Achiever and the NAIOP Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship Recipient. She sits on the Bay Area NAIOP Industrial Committee.
