Spearheaded LAX’s Cargo Modernization Program

Contributed to the company’s cargo project at Chicago O’Hare Airport

Alex Brodsky is a vice president of Realterm’s airport infrastructure efforts. Realterm owns and manages North America’s largest on-airport air cargo real estate portfolio, overseeing 17 million square feet in property management and developments at 37 airports.

Brodsky spearheaded the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Cargo Modernization Program. Leading a diverse team of more than 70 individuals and multiple stakeholders, he secured the groundbreaking multi-billion-dollar contract. He also contributed to Realterm’s Chicago O’Hare cargo project, evolving from an analyst to overseeing the project’s final phase.

He is an active mentor at Realterm, focusing on their airport projects.

Brodsky joined Realterm from graduate school. Previous positions include director, acquisitions with INDUS Realty Trust and financial analyst with Gelridge Healthcare Solutions.
