Jeff Stoke

As a partner with Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, Jeff Stoke advises clients on various matters related to real estate, leasing, environmental issues, finance, and corporate and securities matters. He focuses on real estate, business and finance transactions. 

Notable matters include assisting a developer with financing and purchasing a high-rise office tower, demolishing an affiliated bank branch, and constructing a new mid-rise office building with a project value of $100 million. He also assisted a private company with a $775-million real estate secured loan. He worked with landlords and tenants in multiple lease transactions, including a long-term ground lease totaling $1 billion for a mixed-use development on an Illinois brownfield site.

He is a member of NAIOP San Diego (where he has served as an executive committee board member), the Urban Land Institute and CCIM. Stoke also served on the boards of the San Diego Futures Foundation, the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and Boys and Girls Clubs. Stoke is on the USD Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate’s Commercial Real Estate Committee.

Stoke has a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers. San Diego Business Journal recognized him as Best of the Bar, and he is one of San Diego Magazine’s Top Lawyers. Stoke received his law degree from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles).
