Jennifer Bojorquez is a partner in the Multifamily Housing and Finance and Restructuring practice groups in Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders’ Orange County office. She represents lenders, developers and investors in loan originations and workout matters. Within the past year, Jennifer’s strategic counsel led to the successful closing of loan transactions totaling nearly $1 billion.
Highlights include representation of a seller/servicer on a $180-million Fannie Mae loan to three TIC borrowers and representation of a national bank on a $75-million acquisition and rehab loan to a TIC borrower for an Orange County apartment complex.
As chair of Troutman Pepper’s Women’s Leadership Committee, she plays a pivotal role in developing and retaining the firm’s women lawyers. Bojorquez is a member of CREW-OC, where she has had various committee and board positions. She is also a member of the real estate and finance sections of the Orange County Bar Association and a frequent volunteer at Family Assistance Ministries’ food pantry. In the broader Orange County community, Bojorquez has served on the Board of Human Options and currently is on St. Joseph Hospital Foundation’s finance committee.
Bojorquez has been recognized by Chambers and Partners and The Best Lawyers in America. She received CREW-OC’s Most Valuable Service Partner SPIRE award. She earned her law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
