Robin Finch, partner in the Real Estate Group at law firm Greenberg Glusker, brings two decades of experience to her role advising high-net-worth families, owners, developers, contractors, tenants and borrowers in all areas of real estate. Finch focuses on construction projects, handling complex, high-value deals in Southern California and nationwide.
Finch continues helping clients move forward in a market still impacted by COVID-19. Highlights include representing an investor in the $90-million sale of eight medical properties in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas and representing a real estate operator in the $18-million sale of a multi-tenant retail property in Los Angeles. She also handled the sale of a life sciences building in New Jersey and represented a California business entity in selling a mixed-use project in Salt Lake City.
Within Greenberg Glusker, Finch is a leader and mentor to her colleagues, especially those in the early stages of their careers. She is actively involved with charitable organizations and sits on the board of The APS Type 1 Foundation Inc.
