Patti AmecAngelo Strengthens RIPCO’s New Jersey Platform
Patricia “Patti” AmecAngelo, executive vice president at RIPCO Real Estate, provides brokerage and advisory services to retail tenants and landlords. She specializes in site selection, market analysis, site development, negotiations and multi-market expansion.
AmecAngelo joined RIPCO in 2025 to help strengthen the firm’s New Jersey platform. She has completed more than 50 national gas and convenience store sites for brands including Wawa and 7-Eleven across Pennsylvania, Florida and New Jersey.
As a master broker for Juici Patties, she is in charge of the brand’s national real estate expansion, closing 75 deals so far in 2026. Her team averages 25 to 30 closings a month. She also helped Paris Baguette across multiple states and Canada.
AmecAngelo represented Brooks Brothers in its lease of 5,252 square feet at 32-34 Broad St. in downtown Red Bank, NJ, bringing the retailer to a prominent long-vacant storefront.
Before joining RIPCO, she held brokerage positions at CBRE, RJ Brunelli and VRI Commercial.
An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, AmecAngelo collaborates with brokers, retailers, landlords and developers across multiple markets. She also shares her expertise in negotiations, site selection and client management with emerging professionals at RIPCO.
Her achievements have earned her multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards. She was named among CBRE’s Top 40 Brokers in the United States and has been recognized by Real Estate Magazine among its Top 100 Brokers.
These are just a few reasons Patricia AmecAngelo is among the New York & Tri-State Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
