Miryam Reintz-Kops Closes More than $600M in Financing for Greystone
Miryam Reintz-Kops, a vice president at Greystone Capital Advisors, closed more than $600 million in financing in 2025, spanning bridge loans, agency and HUD refinancings, and third-party debt placements.
Her notable deals include a $114.5-million bridge loan for Iris Holdings Group to acquire and rehabilitate a nine-property, 753-unit affordable housing portfolio in Queens. She also arranged $285.7 million in bridge financing for a four-property Class A multifamily portfolio in Northern New Jersey, executed $76 million in HUD refinancings for affordable housing communities in Florida and Texas, and placed $30 million in debt on a New Jersey office and mixed-use property.
Before transitioning to real estate, Reintz-Kops served as executive director of Tikva Children’s Home in Odesa, Ukraine, overseeing fundraising for a community that included approximately 300 children in its homes and a school serving about 900 students. When Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, she helped raise funds for the evacuation of roughly 800 people to Romania. She continues to serve as a Tikva trustee.
Reintz-Kops volunteers with Bergen County’s Friendship Circle and was named a GlobeSt. Woman of Influence.
These are just a few reasons Miryam Reintz-Kops is among the New York & Tri-State Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
