CBRE’s Iris Rosa Leads Efforts to Increase Diverse Supplier Spending

Company:

CBRE

Iris Rosa is procurement director for CBRE’s World Trade Center Site-Wide Property Management portfolio. Her sourcing efforts assisted in improving supplier diversity initiatives.

Since joining CBRE in December 2022, Rosa has led efforts that increased diverse supplier spending by 260%, exceeded the portfolio’s 33% diverse-spend goal and expanded its diverse-spend footprint by 200%.

Rosa serves on the CREW New York Board of Directors for 2026-27 and is co-director of Women of ALPFA New York’s professional-development program. She also holds leadership responsibilities in CBRE’s Hispanic employee business resource group, HOLA.

Rosa’s honors include receipt of the Cushman & Wakefield Glen Markman Award, CBRE’s Property Management Global Procurement Award for Best Initiative to Build a Diverse Supplier Base and the Women of ALPFA New York Impact and Latina Rising awards.

These are just a few reasons Iris Rosa is among the New York & TriState Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
