Macy Finn Helps Close $951M in Acquisitions Across 3.6M Square Feet
Macy Finn, vice president of acquisitions and capital transactions at Monday Properties, has helped execute 15 office and multifamily acquisitions totaling $951 million and 3.6 million square feet during her eight-year career with the firm. Since joining as an intern in 2018, she has earned five promotions.
Finn grew Monday Properties’ multifamily platform by nearly 1,000 units through acquisitions in high-growth markets. Recent transactions include the 210-unit Villas at Princeton Lakes (suburban Atlanta), the 226-unit Eagle Creek Landing (Desoto, TX), and the 291-unit Summit (Fayetteville, NC).
In addition to acquisitions, Finn handles quarterly real estate valuation reporting for Monday Properties’ strategic partnership with FrontRange Capital Partners, works with asset management and accounting teams, and assists with capital-raising efforts and recapitalizations. She also helps oversee capital improvements across newly acquired properties.
Finn mentors junior colleagues, works with the University of Florida’s real estate program, and participates in Monday Properties’ charitable activities, including the support of the Ronald McDonald House.
She has received GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence award in the Rising Star category, Connect CRE’s Next Generation Award and Commercial Observer’s Top Young Professionals recognition.
These are just a few reasons Macy Finn is among the New York & Tri-State Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
