Sarah Segal and Katherine Radziszewski of simplydbs Make Renter Feedback Continuous

Company:

simplydbs

Sarah Segal and Katherine Radziszewski are the co-founders of simplydbs. The company offers data products designed to replace static, one-time tenant surveys with continuous feedback that can support property operations, capital planning and development decision-making.

Segal, who serves as CEO, brings more than two decades of commercial real estate and transactional strategy experience, while Radziszewski, COO, focuses on operational execution and platform scaling.

Together, the company’s products create a feedback loop between residents and the people making decisions about their homes.

One such platform is Shape Your Space, a 24/7 feedback portal built around “circular surveys” that refresh their questions every 30 days. The platform continually tracks what residents want and how their priorities change.

The company’s simplyExperience measures the resident journey from touring and move-in through ongoing satisfaction, maintenance and move-out. Activate This Space helps incorporate resident feedback into amenity renovations and new construction, while custom surveys and national studies provide tailored research for larger initiatives.

These are some of the reasons why Sarah Segal and Katherine Radziszewski were selected to receive ApartmentBuildings.com’s AB 100 Innovators of the Year Award, which recognizes those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multifamily industry.
