Otto Ozen with the Mogharebi Group Oversees $3.5 Billion in California Multifamily Sales
Otto Ozen, executive vice president of The Mogharebi Group, has helped guide the firm’s growth and expansion since its inception. During his career, he has generated transactions exceeding 30,000 units and over $3.5 billion across California.
In addition to transaction execution, Ozen focuses on business development, disposition strategy, debt placement, corporate growth planning, regulatory compliance and valuation review.
Ozen also helps with The Mogharebi Group’s organizational culture and core values, helping establish the principles that have guided the company through its growth.
A Chicago native, Ozen earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from California State University, Fullerton.
