Mark Goodman Oversees a $5-Billion Multifamily Brokerage and Market-Intelligence Platform
Mark Goodman is the founder and principal broker of Goodman Commercial, which specializes in apartment buildings, investment properties and development sites. Over his career, Goodman has completed more than 700 transactions representing more than $5 billion in sales, establishing a strong presence in British Columbia’s multifamily market.
Goodman’s influence extends beyond brokerage. He publishes the Goodman Report, a widely followed source of apartment-building sales data, market analysis and industry news. The publication reaches tens of thousands of investors, industry professionals and policymakers, establishing Goodman as an authority on Canadian multifamily real estate.
He is a frequent media source and industry speaker, appearing in publications including The Globe and Mail, Vancouver Sun, National Post, Western Investor and Connect CRE, and at events hosted by the Urban Development Institute, Vancouver Real Estate Forum and Canadian Apartment Investment Conference.
Goodman holds a psychology degree from the University of British Columbia.
