Greysteel Mid-Atlantic Team Drives Multifamily Activity Across D.C. Region
Greysteel’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily team has a strong transaction record throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Team members include W. Kyle Tangney, Nigel Crayton, Harb Schwat, Otto Snell and Max Goldstein.
Recent transactions include the sale of the 14-building, 300-unit Eagle’s Crossing in Southwest Washington, D.C., the 142-unit. two-property Pershing House and Oaklawn Terrace portfolio in the District’s 16th Street corridor, and the 81-unit Coronado and Eastern Avenue Apartments portfolio.
The team also arranged the sale and acquisition financing for the 100-unit River Oaks Apartments in Norfolk, VA.
Beyond transactions, the team plays an active role in shaping the regional policy environment that affects the multifamily sector. The team provided market and transaction data to the D.C. Building Industry Association and the DC Developers Roundtable to assist industry advocacy surrounding the RENTAL Act of 2025.
Team members also contribute through industry and civic leadership, actively working with organizations including the National Multifamily Housing Council, DC CRE and Calvary Women’s Services.
The team and its members have received recognition from several industry organizations, including Connect CRE, the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal and GlobeSt. Internally, the team has been recognized by Greysteel with its Top Advisor Team Award, President’s Club and People’s Choice Award.
