Wende Miller

Wende Miller, Principal at Talon Private Capital (TPC), is recognized for sustained excellence in value creation, team leadership, and community impact within the Puget Sound region’s real estate industry over the last 29 years. Since joining TPC in 2012, Miller has led asset management and leasing for the firm’s portfolio, completing more than 4.5 million square feet of transactions and $2 billion in acquisitions/dispositions while overseeing property management, project management, and brokerage teams in multiple markets.

Recent results highlight both her investment acumen and her ability to execute. Wende helped lead the acquisition of Bellefield Office Park – a 520,000‑square‑foot, 15‑building office campus in Bellevue, WA – in partnership with Gaw Capital Partners.

Miller also spearheaded the planning and feasibility, capital raise, and delivery of Sirius Sports Complex in North Bend, WA. Recognizing a shortage of outdoor fields in the Puget Sound, she led an eight‑year, multi‑phase effort that delivered eight acres of multi‑sport turf fields with lights to a community in need of suitable facilities. The project transacted for $14.5 million, generating an exceptional IRR for investors for a special‑use asset, while establishing a legacy amenity for the Snoqualmie Valley.

Beyond project work, Miller is a committed industry and civic leader. She is active in NAIOP, ULI and the Downtown Seattle Association, and was honored by Bisnow as a Power Woman in Commercial Real Estate. She has served on the boards of the Hope Heart Institute, Bishop Blanchet Boosters, and Camp Fire USA, and helped lead a $5-million capital campaign with the Jubilee Women’s Center.
