Jami Balint is a Seyfarth Shaw partner & co-chair of the National Development and Data Center practices. She represents clients in various industries, including distribution, retail and e-commerce, energy, mining, technology and timber. She serves as chair of the Seattle Real Estate Department and chair of the Seattle Office’s Lawyer Development Committee.
Balint has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She previously held positions at private real estate development companies, including serving as general counsel at Yarrow Bay Development, corporate counsel at Segale Properties, and company counsel at Murray Franklyn Company.
She represented tenants and buyers in over 450 build-to-suit acquisitions, encompassing more than 285 million square feet of industrial and last-mile facility space. In ten weeks, she closed three build-to-suit data center lease transactions, including a ten-building campus valued at $25 billion and two additional four-building campuses, each valued at $20 billion.
Balint is an active member of the NAIOP National Forum program, contributing her expertise to advance best practices in industrial real estate.
