She has developed and implemented strategic marketing campaigns and materials to enhance firm visibility, ensuring brand consistency across all communications, and has identified new business opportunities through procurement platforms, industry events and strategic outreach.

McCann is President-Elect of CREW Portland and participated in Leadership Portland. She has been honored as a Woman of Vision (Daily Journal of Commerce—Oregon) and the Industry Influence Award (CREW Portland).
