As Beam Reach Development president, Mary Ellen Martin provides owner representation, development feasibility analysis, and construction project management services for multifamily and commercial real estate clients.

She brings experience in all facets of mixed-use and multifamily development. These include acquisition, entitlements, financial analysis, capital structuring and construction. She oversees a completed pipeline of institutional-scale properties in urban centers.

Notable projects with her previous firm, Morningside Equities Group, include the adaptive reuse of a former Chicago Public School into Stewart School Lofts and oversight of the $80 million, mixed-use Elmhurst 255 (in partnership with the city of Elmhurst, IL).

Martin sits on CREW Seattle’s Director of Program board and is a previous member of the organization’s Network Liaison and Chapter Delegation.
