Mollie Fadule
Helped close Sumitomo Forestry’s acquisition of JPI’s operating platform
Helped lead the company’s transition to Workday Finance
Mollie Fadule is Chief Financial and Investment Officer at JPI. She applies her extensive background in real estate, private equity, and finance to drive organizational growth, operational efficiency, and innovative investment strategies.
Under her leadership, JPI’s operating platform was successfully acquired by Sumitomo Forestry America, Inc. This acquisition expanded JPI’s scale and influence in the multifamily sector, securing its long-term growth and stability.
Fadule played a pivotal role in leading the transition to Workday Finance, a step projected to liberate significant man-hours from non-essential tasks, allowing JPI’s associates to focus more on growth strategies. Fadule strengthened JPI’s financial foundation by securing additional capital partners and establishing new pro forma goals. This directly augmented JPI’s capacity to identify and act upon beneficial, risk-adjusted deals, leading to a fourfold increase in start volume.
Prior to joining JPI, Fadule was Co-Founder and Partner of Cephas Partners, where she worked exclusively with The Blackstone Group.
Fadule is on the boards of Landsea Homes, Urban Housing Ventures and Pallet Shelter, all of which are focused on innovative housing solutions for the unhoused. She is also a past board member of CREW and is involved with industry groups, including the NMHC, ULI, and NAHB.
She was featured on Seattle’s 40 Under 40 and The Dallas 500 lists, while GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum named her a CRE Woman of Influence. NAIOP honored her with its National Developing Leader Award.
These are just a few reasons Mollie Fadule is among the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE 2025 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
