Tammy Linden

Tammy Linden is a Managing Director with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), where she provides comprehensive commercial real estate capital-markets financing solutions. Her expertise includes debt placement, mezzanine financing, preferred and joint-venture equity, sponsor equity, loan sales and consultative due diligence services.

Notable recent transactions include arranging $18 million in equity and $26 million in bridge debt for the acquisition of Sunset Terrace Apartments (Renton, WA) and structuring multiple complex financings for a first-time hotel investor in Waxahachie, TX.

Linden indirectly mentors many sales agents. She has a long record of community service, including volunteering in public schools even before her children were enrolled. She has served on PTSA boards, led school fundraisers, coached youth soccer and baseball, provided direct leadership in scouting, organized team meals for high school athletics, and taught youth programs at her church.

She’s been honored with multiple Marcus & Millichap accolades, including the Sales Recognition and National Achievement Awards.
