Brokered Kokusai Electric’s first U.S. demo center in Hillsboro, OR

Karen Lisignoli is a Vice President at Colliers in Portland, where she specializes in leasing and sales of industrial and office properties. She works closely with both private companies and public agencies, guiding them through acquisitions, dispositions and strategic planning.

Over the past year, she and her partner guided two Portland-area urban renewal agencies through complex acquisitions, positioning both cities for future growth and vibrant downtown cores. She also represented both sides of a key transaction for Kokusai Electric, a Japanese semiconductor supplier, establishing its first U.S. demo center in Hillsboro, OR.

Internally, Lisignoli contributes to Colliers’ culture of mentorship and professional growth. She is also deeply engaged in the Portland business community. She volunteers as an Ambassador with the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. She is actively involved with CREW Portland, serving two years on the organization’s membership committee and helping to facilitate the annual CREW Forecast Breakfast. She also works on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Oregon and recently completed a term on the YMCA South Region Advisory Committee. 

Lisignoli received her SIOR designation and has been honored as Committee Leader of the Year and Oregon Rookie of the Year (NAIO) and CRE Influencer (CREW Portland).
