Molly Hunt is a Director and Investment Sales Broker on one of Cushman & Wakefield’s top-performing Industrial Capital Markets teams. She specializes in institutional capital markets, guiding top-tier institutional investors on the acquisition and disposition of industrial assets across Arizona and the broader Southwest.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, she has closed over $5 billion in transactions, encompassing more than 43 million square feet of industrial real estate sales. During 2024-2025, she closed 48 transactions totaling 13 million square feet and $2 billion in deal volume.
Significant deals include the $118 million sale of the Paloma Vista Logistics Center, the $184 million sale of the Goodyear Airpark Logistics Center, and the $70 million Home Depot Returns Center.
Hunt contributes to Cushman & Wakefield’s Leadership Committee for Next Generation brokers nationwide and is a member of the firm’s Women’s Industrial Networking group and Young Leaders group.
Externally, Hunt serves on the Events Committee for Arizona’s NAIOP Developing Leaders program, organizing events for young professionals in the commercial real estate sector. She is deeply committed to community service through her church, Christ Church of the Valley.
She was named GlobeSt’s Woman of Influence and was part of teams that won NAIOP’s Investment Sales Team of the Year.
