Secured $76 million in construction financing for Icon Apartment Homes

Jen Quigley is a Managing Director in Berkadia’s Denver office. She specializes in originating FHA/HUD-insured debt; she has experience on the origination and underwriting sides of multifamily and senior housing debt. She also underwrote affordable housing loans and handled portfolio dispositions for a tax credit syndicator.

One notable deal closed this past year was securing $76 million in construction financing for the 307-unit Icon Apartment Homes at Lovell Road in Knoxville, TN.

Quigley is an executive board member of Bridge House, a nonprofit organization that offers ready-to-work programs.

During the past two years, Quigley was the top and second-top FHA/HUD mortgage banker within Berkadia’s #1-ranked FHA/HUD platform. She was also named a Woman of Influence by GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum.
