During career, helped clients increase revenue and improve lease-up times
Michelle Jenson is the Chief Property Officer for P.B. Bell. She oversees all functions of the firm’s Property Management Division as well as new business development activities. Throughout her 20-year career, Jenson helped numerous clients increase revenue, reposition their assets for sale, and accomplish record-breaking lease-up times. She also helped two large multifamily real estate companies establish their footprint in Arizona.
At P.B. Bell, she’s helped implement many new technologies and added seven new communities to its third-party portfolio.
Jenson is a member of the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) and has earned numerous accolades from the organization, including Community Manager of the Year and Property Supervisor of the Year. She also assists with partner organizations, including Entryway (where she serves on the board), UMOM New Day Centers, and the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC).
