Amy Ogden is a Partner at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate, specializing in the industrial sector. She leads a team of junior brokers, driving business development and managing client relationships across landlord, tenant, buyer and seller representation.
Ogden has played a key role in establishing major industrial users and developers throughout Southern Nevada, including navigating complex annexations and facilitating large-scale land acquisitions. She also represents multiple projects across the valley and has assisted numerous companies with their relocation to Las Vegas.
Ogden has represented LOGIC and shared her expertise at high-profile forums, including the annual Interface Las Vegas Industrial panel. She also moderated the Nevada chapter’s SIOR luncheons and served as a speaker on an all-women’s panel for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas’s Real Estate Program.
Ogden is the chair of the Southern Nevada SIOR Chapter’s Community Relations/Philanthropy board. She works closely with the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, local economic development teams, and city officials to promote business growth, help clients access incentive programs, and ensure smooth project execution.
Ogden actively supports local animal rescue centers and private rescue groups. She has organized multiple fundraisers for the Nevada SPCA and has both fostered and rescued numerous dogs throughout her life.
CoStar honored her with its Power Broker Award, and GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum with its Woman of Influence and Top Real Estate Influencer honors.
