Baylor Daggmill is Vice President of Partner Engagement at Alliance Global Advisors, where she leads client accounts. She develops and executes strategic initiatives for real estate investment managers, serves as the lead on client teams, collaborates with the firm’s executive committee to expand service offerings, and is an active representative of Alliance in the industry, frequently participating in conferences, panels, webinars, and thought leadership discussions. 

Before joining Alliance, Daggmill held jobs at Deutsche Finance America and Partners Group. With 14 years of experience in European firms, Daggmill is adept at balancing the demands of non-U.S. institutional investors. Additionally, she led underwriting teams in Denver, London, and Singapore, covering both real estate funds and secondaries.

Daggmill supports and mentors younger talent, offering guidance, encouragement, and industry insight to help them grow into confident, capable professionals. She co-founded Real Estate Women Denver (REWD), an informal Real Estate networking group in Denver, which is a complement to other professional organizations (such as PREA, CREW, and NAIOP).
