Cindy Cooke

As Vice Chair at Colliers, Cindy Cooke leads the Cooke Multifamily Team, one of the premier full-service multifamily investment groups in the country. She and her team assist buyers and sellers in various markets, handling a wide range of multifamily asset types, including luxury, core, value-add, high-rise, new development, student housing, workforce housing and land.

Cooke was the lead broker in the largest multifamily transaction in Arizona’s history, totaling $427.5 million and comprising 5,176 units. Over the past year, she and her team closed on the $109.5-million sale of Country Brook Apartments in Chandler, AZ; a $19.5-million student housing deal in Harrisburg, VA; a $26.8-million property in Vancouver, WA; and a $17.9-million court-ordered bankruptcy sale in Greeley, CO.

Cooke mentors young brokers in the business. She takes time out of her very busy schedule to teach them not just the business skills, but also the professional demeanor and commitment to client relationships necessary for long-term success.

Cook is a board member (representing Colliers) with NHMC and an active member of CREW. She supports the American Cancer Society, the American Stroke Association and the City of Phoenix Adopt-a-Family Program.

During her 40-year career at Colliers, Cooke has been named a Top Producer and the #1 Multifamily Producer with the company. She is a member of the Colliers Everest Club. 

Cooke’s accolades include the Woman of Influence and Influencers in Multifamily Real Estate Awards (GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum) and the Most Influential Women in CRE (AZBigMedia).
