Rebecca (“Becky”) Cox is Senior Vice President and Market Manager for National Real Estate at Truist, covering the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. She leads a team of 11 Coverage Bankers who serve institutional and private real estate developers and investors.

Cox manages a $4.5-billion loan portfolio and $1 billion in deposits, driving loan commitments, deposit growth, fee income, and regulatory compliance. She also serves on the Truist Foundation Advisory Council and the National Local Advisory Council.

In 2025, her team closed over $2 billion in loan volume. Notable deals included a $340-million refinancing for Ironstate Development and Panepinto Properties, as well as $122 million in financing for Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners.

Cox is a champion of affordable and workforce housing, spearheading the bank’s non-LIHTC Freddie Forward strategy. She mentors junior bankers, rising leaders, and women in commercial real estate, while contributing to Truist’s internal governance and deposit growth initiatives. She participates in industry leadership forums, client roundtables, and panels.
