Denise Tempone is the executive managing director of RIPCO Real Estate / RIPCO Investment Sales, where she oversees all operational, marketing, and brokerage activities for the team. Her team includes several senior brokers and associates working across New York City, Long Island and New Jersey. Tempone is a consultant to other RIPCO teams who are looking to build and advance.

She also pioneered RIPCO’s capital markets platform, helping it gain a leading market share. Due to her efforts, RIPCO employs nearly 40 brokers and support staff.  

Before joining RIPCO in 2021, Tempone was a Senior Associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s Team Preuss. During her 12 years at the company, she assisted leader Stephen Preuss in executing nearly 1,000 transactions, building one of the highest-volume investment sales teams in New York over the past decade and eventually advancing to a partnership role. 

Tempone worked with the Queens Chamber of Commerce and Queens Community House. With her years of experience, Tempone has accumulated knowledge in brokerage, human resources, marketing, design, and law.
