Compass New York Vice Chairman Adelaide Polsinelli oversees a dynamic team of commercial brokers specializing in all asset classes, including retail, office, and industrial leasing. She provides strategic direction, market insight, and deal-making expertise, ensuring the team delivers exceptional results for clients across a diverse range of property types. Polsinelli also guides business development efforts, fosters client relationships and coordinates negotiation strategies.
During the past year, Polsinelli successfully closed over 73 transactions. She led the sale of a retail condominium at 350 Sixth Avenue, navigating foreclosure, bankruptcy and litigation to secure a successful closing. She also brokered the sale of medical condominium units at The Corinthian to leading healthcare providers.
Polsinelli founded a decades-old mentorship program that trains young professionals in all aspects of real estate. She actively contributes to industry organizations and community initiatives. One such project is the founding of the Central Village Co-op and Condo Association. She is also involved with WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate.
She has received numerous honors, including Influencer in Retail and Women of Influence (GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum) and Women in Professional Services (New York Real Estate Journal). The Wall Street Journal listed her among its REAL TRENDS THE THOUSAND America’s Best Real Estate Professionals. Polsinelli also received accolades from CoStar and Real Estate Weekly.
