Lisa Bevacqua is the Executive Managing Director for CBRE’s Investor Portfolio Management (IPM) business and the Account Lead for the Brookfield Properties operated by the CBRE team. She oversees the strategic partnership and account operations for Brookfield Properties’ 70-million-square-foot North America office portfolio, leading a team of 1,100 professionals across the US and Canada.

Bevacqua is an active member of the CBRE Women’s Network, advocating for women across the organization and mentoring women on her team.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2024, Bevacqua spent nearly 14 years at Silverstein Properties, where she oversaw a $10-billion portfolio of office, multifamily, and life science properties. 

In the industry, Bevacqua is involved with CREW and ULI. Her community endeavors include serving as a Girls Leadership Advisor for National Charity League, Inc. She also works with the Alzheimer’s Association, American Heart Association, Connecticut Quest for Peace, Food Rescue, My Team Triumph, and Person to Person. She is a junior board member/partner with Women in Need, an alumni mentor for undergraduate and graduate students at The Wharton School and is involved with the Boston College Real Estate Club.

Commercial Property Executive named her one of the “Stars To Watch.” Additional accolades include Notable Women in Real Estate (Crain’s New York), Women on the Rise (Paradigm for Parity), Women of Influence (GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum) and Icon & Influencer (Bisnow). She also received the Workplace Innovation Award (Commercial Observer).
