Pei Hung
Launched the company’s first bottom-up strategic planning process
Mentors leaders through tools, including scenario planning
Pei Hung is Dealpath’s Chief Financial Officer, where she serves as a key member of Dealpath’s leadership team, and leads strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting and general administrative functions. Hung helped develop measurable near- and long-term corporate goals to ensure Dealpath’s continued success.
She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and seven years of experience in corporate finance roles for SaaS companies.
Representative highlights of Hung’s leadership include launching the company’s first bottom-up strategic planning process and establishing a new department review cadence through monthly business reviews. In addition, she stepped in as interim People leader, where she introduced transformative initiatives — job leveling, career pathing, onboarding, and a new performance review system — that strengthened organizational health and transparency.
Beyond finance, she mentors leaders by introducing tools, dashboards, and scenario planning that elevate decision-making company-wide.
Outside of her work with Dealpath, Hung is an active volunteer with the Monterey Bay Lab Rescue and Muttville, a San Francisco-based pet adoption service, and has spent the last decade fostering senior rescue dogs to help them find forever homes.
Hung was named a Women of Influence in CRE by GlobeSt. Additionally, she is frequently tapped to speak on the intersection of finance and technology, recently appearing on Greystone’s GlowCRE podcast.
These are just a few reasons Pei Hung is among the National Connect CRE 2025 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
