Spearheaded the launch of Colliers’ U.S. Retailer Foot Traffic Analysis report

Nicole Larson is Colliers’ Manager of National Retail Research, where she leads strategic research initiatives to support over 500 retail professionals across the U.S. Her responsibilities include analyzing retail conditions and translating complex data into actionable insights. She regularly produces reports on foot traffic, retail market activity, and consumer behavior, and contributes to Colliers’ thought leadership platform, Knowledge Leader. 

Among her many notable projects, Larson spearheaded the creation of the Colliers U.S. Retailer Foot Traffic Analysis monthly report. She is also a leader in Colliers’ Emerging Retail Leaders group.

Larson is an active member of CREW, where she serves on the Industry Research Committee. She is also deeply involved with ICSC, where she serves on the Next Generation Leadership Network and North American Research Group (2024-2027). Larson is also a member of the ICSC Creator Network.

Outside of the firm, Larson is a committee member of Florida Retail Scholarships, Inc. and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County.

Larson has been honored as a Top Retail Expert by RETHINK Retail and received GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence Rising Star Award. Colliers has honored her with its Spirit of Colliers Award.
