Jackie Orcutt

Jackie Orcutt serves as Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics group, where she leads a team specializing in institutional landlord and buyer representation, industrial and back-office leasing and sales. She manages national and international transactions, ground-up developments, build-to-suits, and asset dispositions.

Within the past decade, Orcutt has completed over 136 million square feet of industrial and logistics transactions, valued at more than $2.4 billion. In 2024, she and her team completed 83 leases totaling over 2 million square feet, 12 sales totaling over 1 million square feet, and 1,170 acres valued at $132 million.

Orcutt was instrumental in launching the 363.5-acre Skybridge development in Mesa. Once completed, the development will comprise 22 buildings, serving aeronautical and commercial purposes.

Orcutt spearheads women’s mentorship programs through her positions with CREW and in numerous board positions. She started a scholarship and mentoring program that pairs over 30 young women with seasoned women in CRE. She participates in active mentorship programs within CBRE’s national industrial practice and has guided associates in CBRE’s Cleveland, Iowa, and California offices.

In the community, Orcutt serves on the Board of Directors for Positive Paths and volunteers with PANDA.

She is one of a handful of women in Arizona who earned the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. Other accolades include Woman ICON Honoree (AZCREW), Industrial Influencer (GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum), Top Broker (Connect CRE), Outstanding Women in Business (Phoenix Business Journal) and Top 20 Most Influential Women in Arizona (AZ Business Magazine).
