Katie Day

As JLL’s Senior Managing Director, Head of Private Wealth, Americas, Katie Day created and currently leads the company’s first private wealth platform in the Americas, one of the first CRE firms to offer this dedicated service. She serves as the single point of contact for UHNWIs, global family offices and registered investment advisors (RIAs) that have between $1 billion and $100 billion of assets under management.

She provides custom real estate solutions aligned with each client’s unique investment thesis and long-term objectives. Day continues expanding the private wealth team, leading hiring efforts to scale nationally.

Notable highlights include mobilizing JLL experts on short notice to advise a family office on a multifamily portfolio strategy, while guiding another family office through a decarbonization strategy for its logistics and office holdings.

Day is an active member with the New York Central Park Conservancy, The Spence School and The Bone Marrow and Cancer Foundation. She is an avid marathon runner and member of the Henwood Hounds racing team.

She not only launched but shaped a practice area that few CRE service providers have entered. Her ability to identify gaps in the market, create business opportunities, and combine her deep technical knowledge with relationship-first advisory services to drive revenue makes Day indispensable to her clients and a trailblazer in CRE.
