Stacy Osmond
Represented Rolls-Royce in structuring a 250,000-square-foot lease
Leads team that advises a client on master-planned communities throughout the U.S.
Stacy Osmond is a partner with DLA Piper’s Real Estate practice. She leads complex transactions across the lifecycle of data center development, including acquisition, leasing, joint ventures and corporate structuring. Her role recently expanded to include strategic leadership for the firm’s national data center initiative, where she guides internal planning, client engagement and thought leadership.
She also represents developers, property owners, and investors in additional real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and joint ventures.
Osmond represented Rolls-Royce in structuring and closing a complex lease arrangement to support the construction, financing and development of a 250,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Mankato, MN, which is part of a broader $24-million investment aimed at expanding production of backup power generation systems for data centers. She also leads the DLA Piper team in advising clients on the development of large-scale master-planned communities across the United States.
She is a leader with the firm’s Data Center & Digital Infrastructure Team, where she coordinates projects and advises junior lawyers. Osmond is active with the firm’s summer associate program.
Osmond has worked with The Goldie Initiative, serving as a mentor to a Goldie Scholar and participating in various organizational committees. She has been recognized by GlobeSt/Real Estate Forum (Aspiring Leaders), Commercial Real Estate (Ones to Watch), Super Lawyers (Rising Star) and Best Lawyers (One to Watch).
