Lauren Posey

As Executive Director of Property Operations at Clear Height Properties, Lauren Posey oversees the Property Management, Project & Development Services, and Property Operations departments, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with company goals. She develops long-term strategic plans, standardizes project management processes, and drives innovation through the adoption of technology. She also has direct responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting, and risk management.

She took the initiative to create an entirely new department at Clear Height Properties. Not only did she build it from the ground up, but she has also made it an essential and lasting part of the organization.

Posey played a pivotal role in Clear Height Properties’ first major recapitalization with Harbert Management Corporation (HMC), encompassing 15 properties and an additional acquisition. She led the effort to overhaul Jones COI onboarding, driving compliance from just 20% to over 80% and setting a new standard for operational excellence.

Posey also advanced the firm’s technology infrastructure, overseeing the successful implementation of Yardi modules, including Forecast Manager and CommercialCafe, which enhanced forecasting accuracy and tenant engagement. Finally, she oversaw the closing of HMC2 in December 2022, a landmark transaction involving 31 properties and two land sites.

In addition to her responsibilities at Clear Height Properties, Posey contributes to the success of her family’s nuisance wildlife company by managing critical back-office functions, including paperwork, accounting and tax preparation.
