Julia Evinger

Julia Evinger is Managing Director, Investments, and team lead for The Evinger Group of Marcus & Millichap. The team specializes in industrial and office income-producing properties. She sources, advises, underwrites and closes transactions for investment properties across the Midwest and beyond.

Evinger’s team is one of the few female-led investment sales teams in Marcus & Millichap’s national network, a rare distinction in a traditionally male-dominated industry. She was promoted to her current position in early 2025.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2016, Evinger has marketed and closed over 120 commercial real estate transactions totaling more than $440 million in value. Representative highlights include closing two warehouses with Stag Industrial, completing a portfolio sale of light industrial assets across three Midwestern states, and the $28-million sale of Carmel Tech Center.

Evinger served on the IndyCREW Board of Directors and continues her leadership nationally as part of the CREW Network Industrial Council, where she has co-chaired the Industry Research Committee and authored several peer-reviewed white papers advancing industry knowledge. She frequently serves as a featured speaker on MMWomen, the firm’s internal webcast supporting female brokers and originators.

Locally, she has served as a Director for the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce, Commissioner for the Zionsville Board of Zoning Appeals, and has been an active member of local education committees. 

Honors received include one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Real Estate (Women We Admire), CoStar (Power Broker Award) and Marcus & Millichap (National Sales Achievement Awards).
