Beth Duyvejonck
Co-founded the Opus Women’s Network
Managed construction of Best Buy’s corporate campus
Beth Duyvejonck is the Executive Vice President of Construction at Opus, where she drives operational efficiency across multiple regions, advances the company’s strategic plan, and influences project success through career and leadership development for Opus associates. She also oversees all of the company’s construction activities in Minneapolis and Des Moines.
Over her nearly 28-year career, Duyvejonck successfully managed several construction projects in Minneapolis, including 365 Nicollet, The Nic on Fifth, Grant Park and The Carlyle luxury residential high rises, Best Buy’s corporate campus, Medtronic’s office complex and developments at the University of St. Thomas. She spearheaded the rollout of the company’s Integrated Design Services workflow and played a key role in the creation and rollout of its recently updated Strategic Plan.
Duyvejonck co-founded the Opus Women’s Network, serves as the focus area leader for supplier diversity at Opus, and is a member of the Opus Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Champions Team.
She has served as a member of the Construction Industry Advisory Council at Iowa State University, advising on curriculum and industry trends. She was also a member of the University of St. Thomas Engineering Program Advisory Board. Duyvejonck is an industry supporter of the Pathways 2 Careers Program at Dunwoody College of Technology and serves on the boards of the Girl Scouts River Valleys and the Opus Foundation.
Duyvejonck has been honored by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (Women in Business), Minnesota REjournal (Woman of the Year) and Twin Cities Business (Notable Women in CRE).
